Suitability and regulatory review
Every referral is reviewed against the requested provision, the child's current education arrangement, identified risks and applicable regulatory boundaries.

Practitioner matching and allocation
Allocation is a considered decision made by the Ridgeway case team, not an automated list.

Safeguarding and compliance
No practitioner is allocated until the required compliance checks for that role are satisfactory.

Organisational assurance
A new specialist service with experienced leadership behind it
Ridgeway Provision itself is a new specialist service. It has, however, been developed by a leadership team with existing experience across child-facing education, early-years operations, education and practitioner development, workforce recruitment and governance-intensive technology.
We are therefore approaching launch deliberately: controlled case volumes, clear service boundaries, practitioner compliance before allocation, safeguarding-led mobilisation, attendance oversight, structured evidence and formal review.
We intend to earn repeat commissioner volume through delivery and evidence rather than unsupported claims about historic Ridgeway outcomes.
